- Battery draw was at .21A, within spec. Battery had 3V surface charge. Charged battery for 4 hours with vehicle disconnected. Reconnected and still would not charge. Battery bad. Replaced battery
- Remove and replace battery, clean battery cable ends. Old Battery __3.0__@__130__ amps New Battery__11.0__@__250___ amps
