  • Check vehicle for codes, found code P0420. Recommend replacing catalytic converter. Vehicle also stalls coming to a stop. Torque converter isn't coming out of lockup, causing engine to stall. Replacement of transmission and torque converter will be needed in the future.
  • Install A/C gauges to check system pressures, compressor doesn't run or short cycles, found pressure reading ____ high side and __12__ low side, and cools to_16__. Evacuate system and it had __12_ oz of freon and the system requires _16__ oz. Recharge with freon and dye, recheck pressures, now reading _175__ high side and _36__ low side, cools to _40__. Dye light test to check for leaks and found __0__leaks at this time

  • center pipe has a hole rusted in, will need from cat back
  • Remove tire from wheel, remove and replace tire pressure sensor, clean wheel and tire, reseal tire and set pressure to 35 psi, install wheel on vehicle, torque wheel to __100__ ft lbs. Perform relearn of sensors and locations with TPMS tool, test drive and verify sensors reading correctly.

  • Did not feel the transmission slip on test drive, but code P0971 was in the system. Vehicle has a transmission valve body thats beginning to slip
  • Serpentine belt looks good, but there is no timing belt sticker and we have no history of the timing belt service being done.
