- Install A/C gauges to check system pressures, compressor doesn't run or short cycles, found pressure reading __–__ high side and __–__ low side, and cools to__–_. Evacuate system and it had __24_ oz of freon and the system requires _36__ oz. Recharge with freon and dye, recheck pressures, now reading _165__ high side and __36_ low side, cools to _42__. Dye light test to check for leaks and found __no__leaks at this time
- reconnected the hoses and test, is now working
- suspect power steering pump pressure dropping at idle, could be caused by the pump, a line in the system or the rack, will need to wait for it to get worse
- Vehicle hesitates and stumbles under acceleration
